I have been asked many questions about my series and I thought I should just post the most frequent asked questions so people wouldn't ask me the same questions over and over again.
What Sims 2 expansion packs do you own?
I have The Sims 2 University, Nightlife, and Apartments. I also own Open for Business and Bon Voyage, but I uninstalled them because I didn't really like them.
What editing software do you use?
I use Sony Vegas! I downloaded free from this site a long time ago, so I don't remember where I got it from. There are other editing software programs that you can use, but the good ones usually are not free. So I would go around and try to find where you can download a free version. There is also Windows Movie Maker, but I hate it because the editing is very basic and it tends to freeze up.
Where do you download clothes and other stuff?
I download from so many places that I can't tell you a specific site on where I go. I'm not the type of person who only goes to one site, I usually just search around and find different places. I always tell people (mostly beginners) to go to thesims2.com and modthesims.info because they usually have everything and the downloading is not too complicated.
How do you come up with a good series?
BE ORIGINAL! I can't stress that enough for people! Before I started making The "L" List, I really thought about what I wanted the series to be about. Watching sim videos on youtube, I have seen it all! I have seen teen pregnancy so many times, I could write a book about it! I have seen series about teen school life, vampires, anorexia, etc I have basically seen everything. I just wanted to be different. I know my series isn't completely different, but at least it isn't cookie cutter. A good series is in the hands of the writer, which is you. You have to use your creative imagination and think about what you think people will like.
Can you help me make my own series?
I can give you pointers, I can tell you some downloading sites, and I can even give you some ideas, but that's about it. A series is something you want to do, and at the end of the day I don't want to be in control of someone's series.
